This GE phone system has worked well for us for years but when handsets reached the end of their life we could not find replacements in the local market and would have been forced to replace the entire system and throw away the remaining working components.Finding the replacement units we needed. in pristine condition and at a fair delivered price was a god send. and so good for the environment. Only one battery was faulty and an avenue was provided for rectifying this as well.
We already had the base and one handset but we found we needed more handsets. These are great phones.
***Really a 4.5 star rating.***These phones work well, I have had them for over a year I believe and haven't had any major issues. I bought three of these phones and have them set up all over the house. The range on them is fine.*Side note, on one of the hand sets the little screen doesn't display all of the letters anymore, might be due to the fact that someone dropped it but I am not sure. Also, I wish there was a pager feature on the base of these phones.Other than that, these phones are great for the price and work well.
It's a cheap way to add another extention if you already have the Base set of this type phone. It is a quality handset. Very little background noise, batteries last a couple of days between charging. I am very pleased.
Needed a couple more phones to go with what already had. Great price, works very well. We love them.
